Building a More Just, Equitable, and Human-Centered Society

The JEDIH Mindset is a trauma-informed, anti-racist, pro-equity framework designed to help individuals, organizations, and systems understand and respond to the complex realities of race, trauma, oppression, environmental harm, police accountability, incarceration, reentry, and community well-being.

By working on shared language, fostering restorative and inclusive practices, embracing harm reduction, and critically examining dominant-culture assumptions, JEDIH equips people to advance equity, support healing, humanize service delivery impacts, and invigorate more sustainable changes.
